MUSEUM OF THE 20TH CENTURY

This museum aims to physically connect two symbolic buildings in this area-Neue Nationalgalerie by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe and Berliner Philharmonie by Hans Scharounand to create a corridor and make the main transportation convenient. To do this, most simple masses are used to shape the new museum. They are rectangles, triangles, stairs, and circles, There are only three floors--one base floor, two above-ground floors, and a rooftop. I emphasize the most basic geometry to symbolize the 20th century's most popular esthetic development trend-less is more.
